We are thrilled to have partnered with local developer, Green Mills Group, with our debut into the public areas of multi-family housing. Burlington Post is focused on providing accessible luxury to
those who are 55 and over, located in St. Petersburg, Florida. This building is the second phase of a sister project called Burlington Place, located adjacent to the property.
Although primarily neutral in nature, the interiors of Burlington Post has enchanting surprises that bring visual interest while providing a burst of energy within an otherwise serene setting.
The ground floor is charmingly elegant, hosting the lobby, community room and neighboring covered terrace. Additional amenities include a club room, fitness center and game room,
all designed with the idea of cheerfully social in mind.
Upon entering, visitors are greeted by a warm environment with a lounge area centered on an expansive moss wall displaying the emblem of the property’s logo. In the middle of the biophilic wall is a fireplace
welcoming tenants and making this space feel like a home’s living room. Elegant lighting pairs with comfortable lounge furniture to create a friendly atmosphere where glass doors flank this branded wall.
The gorgeous botanical wall intersects panels of glass that allow visual access to the community room where residents can hold events and social gatherings. A kitchenette takes center stage with bleached wood
cabinetry and a funky blue penny tile backsplash. The community room leads to an outdoor terrace with both dining and lounge areas available in colors and materials that flow from the interior, providing a strong
connection between two spaces.
The club room provides high backed seating pods that create individual reading nooks and the perfect space for a quiet conversation. Computer stations and activity tables provide opportunities for
continuing education or crafts. The fitness center has floor to ceiling windows with views to the outside garden space. Rubber flooring in a wood grain pattern and wood ceiling fans combine with a botanical
inspired wallcovering bring warmth and offer a spa like feel to the space. The mirror wall is painted a bright green, an unexpected burst of color that keeps up the energy for exercisers.
On the second level, a playful game room provides a fun atmosphere for tenants. A striking glass chandelier is suspended over the lounge area facing the TV, a perfect area for exciting moving nights or watching sports.
A rustic styled shuffle board, a billiards table and a card table solidify this entertaining environment. Although mostly neutral, pops of color were used in fabrics, art and the back splash of the kitchenette to
coordinate with the spaces of the lower level while providing some contrast to the surroundings.
