jaclyn szerdi

managing design director / leed ga / ncidq

A member of the GATOR NATION, Jaclyn Szerdi is a licensed Interior Designer that has recently moved back to Florida.  She joins JTI with extensive knowledge in large scale commercial projects such as GE, Traveler’s Insurance, State Farm and Cox Communications. Jaclyn bridges the gap between conceptual design and project management.

Her favorite design phase is space planning, as she loves the problem solving required in making a client’s program work within their spatial constraints.  A firm believer in collaboration, Jaclyn loves designing with others and pushing architectural boundaries.

Always looking forward to her next adventure, Jaclyn has officially caught the travel bug.  Her goal each year is to visit a place she’s never been and incorporate her inspiration in the workplace. However, when staying in town, she likes to spend her free time out doors with her husband Richard and their rescue pup Owen. Jaclyn’s biggest motivation is her family, being surrounded by the people she loves most is what drives her to succeed.

suzette rostran

project designer

Suzette joined the JTI family after spending over five years in the furnishing and residential design realm.  She collaborated with the interior design development of model homes for the Lennar Corporation and provided many families with interior design solutions resulting in their dream home. A romantic at heart, Suzette approaches design as the creation of a sanctuary for people to enjoy.

A Florida International University alumna, Suzette received her Master’s in Architecture and a Master’s in Interior Design. After college she had a clear vision of the approach she wanted to take in her professional life.  Her passion for harmonious, cozy and functional spaces serves our clients well. Suzette loves using textures paired with neutral colors and often her spaces are accentuated with a signature pop of color.

Coming from a big, loving family, it's no surprise her drive in life is the harmony and wellbeing of her close ones. Away from the office you can find Suzette spending time with her husband Mario and her toddler Giordanna. Always looking for the next family quest, Suzette enjoys traveling and finds inspiration in the experience of a culture’s essence.

devin chase

junior designer

Combine a love for design and a killer pair of heels and you get Devin Chase.  As a conceptual designer, Devin approaches projects by thinking outside the box and has an eye for textures and graphics. Outside of JTI, Devin loves to practice multiple art mediums, never settling on one creative outlet. Ever the savvy entrepreneur, she sells her pieces at the FATvillage Art Walk as well as online through Etsy.

Hailing from FSU, Devin studied Interior Design with a minor in hospitality which is appropriate as she is often our liaison on the social media front. As a smart collaborator, she works strategically with both our in-house team and our outside consultants.

A South Florida native, Devin is a mermaid at heart.  You’ll often find her in the water or shore side.  Consequently, she has been an asset to the design team of local business owners, working with community icons such as The Diplomat, Offerdahls and Advanced Roofing.

Devin appreciates having her family in close proximity. On the weekends, she and her boyfriend enjoy checking out trendy restaurants and coffee shops that are saturated with elements of design.
