Earlier this month, I went to Orlando for Coverings 2025 and what a trip it was! It was my second year attending this incredible event, and again, I walked away inspired by the energy, innovation, and artistry happening in the tile world.

One of the highlights of the trip? Joining my fellow Design Advisory Council (DAC3) members to celebrate a very special moment: the launch of Chapter 3 of the Stories Collection, featuring new designs by the amazing Sarah Rink - Untamed. The Stories Collection has always been about giving a voice to American designers, showcasing work that feels authentic, personal, and deeply rooted in creativity. Watching Sarah’s vision come to life reminded me why collaboration is the cornerstone of truly great design.

That wasn’t the only exciting connection to our work at Jewel Toned Interiors!
Every year, JTI forecasts emerging design and color trends, translating our insights into our signature magazine, Facets (our “Gemzine”). I brought our latest issue to the show, and I have to say it was incredibly validating to see our predicted color palettes reflected throughout Coverings 2025.

From muted earthy tones to deep, luxurious jewel palettes, the show floor felt like a real-world manifestation of the trends we forecasted. It was a reminder that great design doesn't just follow trends it helps set them.

At JTI, we believe in being ahead of the curve, blending timeless principles with a fresh perspective to guide our clients and partners to spaces that feel meaningful, intentional, and future-forward.

Coverings 2025 wasn’t just an event; it was a celebration of how ideas turn into inspiration, and how inspiration shapes the spaces we live, work, and dream.
