Refined Within Reach

This four-bathroom renovation was guided by a simple idea: thoughtful design does not require unnecessary complexity or expense. Led by JTI Design Project Manager Karissa, the project focused on creating spaces that feel sophisticated while still being functional, and tailored to the homeowners. The primary bathroom was reconfigured to make better use of the available space and create a larger, more comfortable shower. A restrained palette of sophisticated neutrals establishes a fresh, understated aesthetic, while smart material selections and off-the-shelf vanities and furnishings helped keep the renovation within budget. Vanities were raised to better accommodate the homeowners’ height, while a long horizontal shelf in the primary bath adds subtle, accessible storage without visually overwhelming the space.
